祛瘀通痹丸联合椎间孔镜治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症41例

41 Cases of Lumbar Disc Herniation Treated by Quyu Tongbi Pill Combined with Intervertebral Foramen

目的:观察祛瘀通痹丸联合椎间孔镜治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)的临床疗效。方法:将82例LDH患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各41例。对照组行椎间孔镜手术治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合祛瘀通痹丸治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、日本骨科协会腰椎功能(Japanese orthopaedic association,JOA)评分及Oswestry功能障碍指数(oswestry disability index,ODI)评分。结果:两组患者治疗后VAS评分低于治疗前,且治疗组治疗后同期低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后JOA评分、ODI评分高于治疗前,且治疗组治疗后同期高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组有效率为95.12%,对照组有效率为87.81%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:祛瘀通痹丸联合椎间孔镜治疗寒湿型LDH,有利于恢复患者腰椎功能,缓解疼痛,改善术后腰腿痛、麻木等症状。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Quyu Tongbi Pill(祛瘀通痹丸,QYTBP)combined with intervertebral foramen in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Method:82 patients with LDH were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intervertebral foramen surgery,and the treatment group was treated with Quyu Tongbi Pill on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS),Japanese orthopaedic association(JOA)and Oswestry disability index(ODI)of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:The VAS score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the same period after treatment in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The JOA score and ODI score of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,the treatment group was higher than the control group at the same time,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate was 95.12% in the treatment group and 87.81% in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:QYTBP combined with intervertebral foramen for LDH is beneficial to the recovery of lumbar function,relieve the pain effectively,and improve the symptoms of postoperative lumbocrural pain and numbness.
