短刺法结合TDP照射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis with Short Needling and TDP Irradiation

目的:观察短刺法结合TDP照射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年1—12月苏州市中医医院针灸科门诊治疗的KOA患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组给予短刺法结合TDP治疗,对照组给予常规针刺疗法结合TDP治疗。治疗2个疗程后,比较两组患者治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、骨性关节炎指数评分(WOMAC)并评定疗效。结果:治疗组治疗后VAS评分及WOMAC评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组有效率为93.3%,对照组有效率为83.8%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:短刺法与常规针刺疗法结合TDP照射对KOA均具有较好的临床疗效,而短刺法在缓解关节疼痛肿胀、改善关节功能活动等方面的疗效更突出。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of short needling combined with TDP irradiation on knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:A total of 60 patients with KOA treated in the outpatient department of Acupuncture Department of Suzhou Hospital of TCM from January to December 2018 were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with short needling combined with TDP,while the control group was treated with conventional needling combined with TDP.After two courses of treatment,the pain visual analogue scale(VAS)and osteoarthritis index score(WOMAC)of the two groups before and after the treatment were compared.The curative effect was also evaluated.Results:After the treatment,the VAS score and WOMAC score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,while that of the control group was 83.8%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Short needling,conventional needling combined with TDP irradiation both have better clinical effect on KOA,while short needling is more effective in relieving joint pain and swelling,improving joint function and activity.
