摘要
为了降低野川煤业有限公司3202胶带顺槽掘进巷道迎头及巷道后方的粉尘浓度,采用数值模拟分析该巷道掘进时风流及粉尘的运移规律,设计了掘进迎头高压喷雾降尘系统和皮带喷雾降尘系统。现场应用所设计降尘系统后综掘机司机位置处呼尘浓度控制在38.5 mg/m^3,降尘率高达80%,并且巷道内刮板转载点和运输转载点的降尘率同样高达80%,能够保证巷道正常掘进。
In order to reduce the dust concentration in the heading and roadway of the 3202 transportation roadway in YeChuan Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the law of airflow and dust movement during the roadway excavation is analyzed by numerical simulation,and dust reduction system is designed with high pressure spray dust control system and belt spray dust control system e problem of the existing.Field application shows that the dust concentration at the driver's seat is controlled at 38.5 mg/m^3,the dust reduction rate is as high as 80%,and the dust reduction rate at the scraper transfer site is also as high as 80%.Normal driving environment ensured.
