国际商务专业本科生创新创业能力体系构建与培养路径分析

Analysis of Construction System and Training Path of Undergraduates’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability of International Business Major

面对"大众创业、万众创新"的时代发展要求,培养具备创新创业能力的国际商务人才,已成为当前国际商务专业人才培养的主要目标和迫切需要解决的主要问题。文章结合国际商务专业特点构建出由四个一级指标、十四个二级指标构成的创新创业能力体系,并在此基础上针对不同能力培养要求,提出通过创新创业项目、学科竞赛、职业教育、实验教学、校外实习等五个不同培养路径,在培养过程中实现各路径交叉互融,以达到培养国际商务专业本科生创新创业能力的目标。

The paper, based on the characteristics of international business major, constructs a system of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of undergraduate university students, which is composed of four first-level indicators and 14 second-level indicators. On this basis, The paper proposes five different training paths such as the innovation of the starting project, the subject competition, the vocational education, the experimental teaching and the off-campus practice according to the training requirements of different abilities, aiming to achieve the goal of cultivating the innovative and entrepreneurial capability of the of international business major.
