On National Competition of Legal Practice Skills in Judicial Vocational Colleges--Analysis Based on Professional Skills

全国司法职业院校法律实务技能大赛有法律基础知识竞赛、法律文书制作竞赛和法律事务处理竞赛这三个赛项,对接工作岗位,涵盖法律实务类专业多项核心技能。大赛以赛促教、以赛促学、以赛促改,对专业技能训练的积极影响深远。为有效备赛,应建立备赛训练机制,推进校企合作和院校横向交流,将赛项融入日常教学,实现大赛与教学同向同行。

There are three competitions in the legal practice skills competition for national judicial vocational colleges:the legal basic knowledge competition, the legal document production competition and the legal affairs handling competition, which cover a number of core skills in the legal substantive classes. Competition promotes teaching by competition,learning by competition, and reform by competition, which has a profound positive impact on professional skills training.The paper holds that in order to prepare for the competition effectively, vocational colleges should establish the training mechanism for the preparation of the competition, promote the cooperation between schools and enterprises, integrate the competition items into the daily teaching, and realize the same direction of competition and teaching.
