航道工程变更管理的挑战及对策——以W航道养护中心为例

航道管理站房是航道的重要附属设施,具有点多线长、专业众多等特点,建设管理难度大。建设过程中,常容易发生工程变更,造成投资失控,工期延长,甚至引发工程索赔等风险,严重影响到站房的正常投用。文章以W航道站房为例,对航道站房工程变更的原因进行分析,提出重视工程变更的风险防范,规范工程变更的流程管理,加强工程变更的监督管理,以及运用信息化手段进行高效管理的策略,以破解工程变更管理困境。

The waterway management station is an important auxiliary facility of the waterway.It has many points and long lines,and it involves many professional features.It makes the construction of the station difficult.During the construction process,engineering changes are often easy,resulting in uncontrolled investment,lags in construction period,and even Risks such as engineering claims seriously affect the normal use of the station.This paper takes the W waterway management station as an example to systematically analyze the reasons for the engineering change of the channel station,proposes the risk prevention of engineering changes,standardizes the process management of engineering changes,strengthens the supervision and management of engineering changes,and uses information technology.Efficient management is a strategy to solve the engineering change management dilemma.
