红藤逐瘀方定向透药联合中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的研究

A study on treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with the Hongteng Zhuyu prescription targeted drug penetration plus the integrative medicine

目的:探究红藤逐瘀方定向透药联合中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎(Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease,CPID)的效果。方法:收集2017年1月-2019年1月本院妇科门诊收治的慢性盆腔炎患者80例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组(40例,在常规治疗基础上加以宫炎平片和妇科千金片治疗)和观察组(40例,在对照组基础上加以红藤逐瘀方定向透药治疗)。治疗后,比较其疗效、主要中医症状积分及不良反应和复发率。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组主要中医症状(阴道出血、腰酸胀痛、小腹坠胀、神疲肢倦)积分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后的上述症状积分均低于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组6个月内复发率低于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:红藤逐瘀方定向透药联合中西医结合治疗可有效改善慢性盆腔炎症状,降低复发率,具有安全、经济、起效快等优势。

Objective:To investigate the effect of the Hongteng Zhuyu prescription(红藤逐瘀方)targeted drug penetration plus the integrative medicine on CPID.Methods:80 cases were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(40 cases)was treated by conventional therapy,the Gongyanping tablets(宫炎平片)plus the Fuke Qianjin tablets(妇科千金片),the observation group(40 cases)was treated with the Hongteng Zhuyu prescription targeted drug penetration more.The efficacy,major TCM symptom scores,adverse reactions and recurrence rates were compared between groups.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the main TCM symptoms(Vaginal bleeding,back pain,lower abdomen and distressed)in groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),the above TCM symptom scores in the observation group were lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The adverse reactions in the observation group were higher than the control group,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group within 6 months was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Hongteng Zhuyu prescription targeted drug penetration plus the integrative medicine on CPID can effectively improve the symptoms,reduce the recurrence rate,shows the advantages of safety,economy and quick onset.
