益黄散联合葡萄糖酸钙锌口服溶液治疗小儿厌食症效果观察

Observation on treating infantile anorexia with the Yihuang powder plus calcium zinc gluconate oral solution

目的:探讨分析益黄散联合葡萄糖酸钙锌口服溶液治疗小儿厌食症的效果。方法:选取2017年12月-2018年10月惠州市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的94例厌食症患儿随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组给予益黄散联合葡萄糖酸钙锌口服溶液治疗,对照组仅给予葡萄糖酸钙锌口服溶液治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效,临床症状缓解时间,治疗前后中医症状评分及血清微量元素含量。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率为97.87%,与对照组相比显著性提高(P<0.05),观察组便秘改善时间、厌食改善时间、腹胀改善时间、食量减少改善时间显著性缩短(P<0.05),治疗前中医症状评分无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后食量减少、面色少华、大便失调症状评分均显著下降,且观察组食量减少、面色少华、大便失调症状评分下降更显著(P<0.05),治疗前血清微量元素含量无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后血清锌、铁、硒含量均显著上升,且观察组血清锌、铁、硒含量上升更显著(P<0.05)。结论:益黄散联合葡萄糖酸钙锌口服溶液治疗小儿厌食症可显著提高临床疗效,缩短临床症状改善时间,提高患儿血清锌、铁、硒等微量元素含量,增加患儿食欲,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of the Yihuang powder(益黄散)plus calcium gluconate zinc oral solution on infantile anorexia.Methods:94 cases of anorexia treated by Huizhou Maternal and Child Health Family Planning Service Center from December 2017 to October 2018 were selected.The children were randomly divided into the observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with the Yihuang powder plus calcium gluconate zinc oral solution,and the control group was only treated with calcium gluconate zinc oral solution.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom relief time,TCM symptom score and serum trace element content before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total efficiency was 97.87%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of constipation,the improvement time of anorexia,the improvement time of bloating,and the time to improve the food intake were significantly shorter in the observation group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the scores of TCM symptoms before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the reduction of food intake,facial dysfunction,and stool disorder symptoms were significantly decreased,and those in the observation group were more decreased.The decrease was more significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum trace element content before treatment(P>0.05).The levels of serum zinc,iron and selenium increased significantly after treatment,and the serum zinc,iron and selenium levels in the observation group were increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yihuang powder plus calcium gluconate zinc oral solution on infantile anorexia can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,shorten the clinical symptom improvement time,improve the serum zinc,iron,selenium and other trace elements,increased the appetite of children,and is worth promoting.
