参附汤合苓桂术甘汤加减对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及NT-proBNP的调节

The effect of the Shenfu decoction plus Linggui Zhugan decoction on heart function and NT-proBNP in patients with CHF

目的:研究参附汤合苓桂术甘汤加减对于慢性心力衰竭(Chronic Heart Failure,CHF)患者的作用与效果。方法:纳入我院收治的84例CHF病例,纳入时间为2016年11月-2019年3月,单纯接受西医治疗的42例为A组,在A组基础上接受参附汤合苓桂术甘汤加减的42例为B组,观察比较其结果。结果:B组患者在治疗后其各心功能优于A组患者,进行对比具有十分显著的差异性(P<0.05);B组患者在治疗后其治疗疗效优于A组患者,进行对比具有十分显著的差异性(P<0.05);B组患者在治疗后其氨基末端脑钠肽前体(N-terminal pro-brain Natriuretic Peptide,NT-proBNP)水平低于A组患者,进行对比具有十分显著的差异性(P<0.05)。结论:对于CHF患者来说,在运用参附汤合苓桂术甘汤加减后,对比西医治疗而言,能够得到十分良好且确定的治疗效果,可推广。

Objective:To study efficacy of the Shenfu decoction(参附汤)and the Linggui Zhugan decoction(苓桂术甘汤)on chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:84 patients were divided into two groups.42 patients who were treated with western medicine alone were included in group A.Group B was given the Shenfu decoction and the Linggui Zhugan decoction more.Results:Cardiac function in group B was better than that in group A(P<0.05).Efficacy in group B was better than those in group A(P<0.05).NT-proBNP in group B was lower than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Shenfu decoction and the Linggui Zhugan decoction on CHF was effective.
