摘要
基于新奥法采用由围岩、初期支护和二次衬砌构成的复合式衬砌支护结构形式进行设计施工,其中二次衬砌主要用来确保隧道使用功能、结构耐久性,降低不确定因素以及补充支护重要构件,是整个支护结构体系中的重要环节;因超欠挖造成的二衬厚度不足是二衬施工常见的质量控制难题。文章针对现有的一些隧道断面检测存在的部分问题,采用"刚性"检测、直接测量的方法,结合"标准化"施工的理念,设计制作出一种二衬厚度预检测台车。通过杭绍台3标项目进行应用,该台车可对二衬施工前后的断面尺寸进行精准量测,能有效解决因隧道超欠挖造成的二衬厚度不足问题。
Composite lining support is composed of surrounding rock, primary support and secondary lining. As a key structure of composite lining, secondary lining should be designed and constructed meets requirements as follows: the service capacity, uncertain factors challenging, durableness and mechanical performance. The shortness of secondary lining thickness is a key quality control problem. This paper adopting rigid and direct measurement method, and standardized construction concept, design and manipulate a Lining thickness checking trolley. Through on-site application in Hang-shao-tai project, the Checking Trolley was proved be a precisely measurement to the dimensions of tunneling profile, which can reduce efficiently the shortness of secondary lining thickness due to over-break or under-break of excavation.
