摘要
海外机电设备成套项目竞争激烈,企业需要在市场竞标中展现差异化优势。为此,文章分别从供货商合作、设计整合、项目管理、智慧运行等方面对机电设备成套业务的价值提升进行探讨,提出差异化优势的几个发展方向,进而提升企业竞争的软实力,向客户提供体现价值的服务。
Because of intensified competition of the electromechanical equipment integration(EMEI) projects in the overseas market, the contractors need to show differentiated advantages in the bidding process. The article discusses the adding value of EMEI business from supplier cooperation, design integration, project management and smart operation, and then figure out several aspects for developing differentiated advantages, which could improve the contractor’s soft strength and provide a valued service to clients.
