井下水泵自动控制系统设计

摘要 井下排水设备的启动和停止往往需要操作人员手工完成,效率低且难度大。为实现井下水泵的自动控制,从微控制单元(MCU)处理器出发,对其控制系统展开设计。所设计的系统以DSP数字处理器为核心进行逻辑运算识别,配合必要的采样算法以及自动装置实现对水泵的实时监测与动作,并论述了中央处理器的选型,同时设计了部分硬件电路和软件程序。所设计的控制系统可以满足井下水泵控制需求,且运行稳定。 The start and stop of underground mine drainage equipment often requires manual operation,which is inefficient and difficult.In order to realize the automatic control of the underground water pump,the control system was designed based on the micro control unit(MCU)processor.With DSP digital processor as the core to carry out logical operation identification,combined with sampling algorithm and automatic device,the real-time monitoring and action of the pump was realized.In this paper,the selection of CPU was carried out,and some hardware circuits and software programs were designed.The designed control system can meet the control requirements of the underground water pump,and the operation is stable.
