摘要
掘进机对煤矿井下巷道开拓十分重要,而行走机构是掘进机中非常重要的一环。通过对掘进机工作原理进行分析,建立了掘进机行走机构故障树分析模型,清晰直观地展示了机械故障和液压系统故障两个大类和具体的13个指标,梳理了各因素之间的逻辑关系;在此基础上,建立了基于层次分析法的可靠性评价模型。该模型能够通过不同指标的重要性和现场情况打分得出较为科学、客观的评价结果,为掘进机行走机构的故障判断、可靠性分析提供理论依据。
The roadheader is very important for the development of coal mine underground roadway,and the walking mechanism is a very important part of the roadheader.This paper analyzes the working principle of the roadheader,establishes the fault tree analysis model of the roadheader’s walking mechanism,and sorts out the logical relationship between various factors.On this basis,a reliability evaluation model was established.The model can get more scientific and objective evaluation results through the importance of different indicators and field conditions,and provide theoretical basis for the fault judgment and reliability analysis of the driving mechanism of the roadheader.
