Most of the fully mechanized mining faces in Shendong Company are using Huaning KTC101 control system to realize the centralized control of transportation equipment.The paper introduced the equipment composition,operation mode and layout of Huaning KTC101 control system in the fully mechanized mining faces of Shendong Company.Through the analysis of the control principles and common work ways of Huaning KTC101 control system,the common fault handling methods of controller,contactor and amplifying telephone were put forward,which can make operators more familiar with the equipment performance and greatly improve the degree of equipment automation.
