基于三焦功能谈温热药在儿科疾病中的应用

Application of warm-heat medicinal in pediatrics diseases based on triple energizer function

小儿体禀少阳,为稚阴稚阳之体,其气化功能相对薄弱,故临床上辨治用药,应基于上、中、下三焦的功能,注意温热药的应用。治上焦心肺,佐以温热药,有助肺气宣发,心血循行;治中焦脾胃,温热药有助醒脾助运,消食和中;治下焦肝肾,温热药有助水液蒸腾气化,通腑降浊。因此儿科疾病用药,应注意温热,勿过寒凉,以固护其元阳。附案例1则,以资验证。

As children’s natural endowment is shaoyang,which is premature yin and yang,and as their qi transformation function is relatively weak,the clinical diagnosis and treatment should be based on the function of upper,middle and lower energizer,and attention should be paid to the application of warm-heat medicinal.With regards to warm-heat medicinal,it is helpful for the dispersion of lung qi as well as circulation of heart blood as assistant medicinal in the treatment of upper energizer housing heart and lung;it is helpful for awakening spleen and strengthening transportation as well as promoting digestion and regulating stomach and spleen in the treatment of middle energizer housing spleen and stomach;and it is helpful for fluid transpiration and qi transformation as well as dredging intestines and descending turbid substance in the treatment of lower energizer housing liver and kidney.Therefore,we should pay attention to treat pediatrics diseases with warm-heat medicinal instead of cold and cool medicinal,in order to protect their primordial yang.
