常克教授认为小儿湿疹的病因与心肺密切相关,气血不足者多责之于心肺不足,气血亏虚。并根据其多年临床经验自创双黄汤,功在益气补肺,养血祛风,扶正固本以祛湿。临床上以此方为基础辨证加减治疗小儿湿疹气血不足型,临床效果显著,为小儿湿疹的治疗提供了新的思路。附典型案例1则,以资验证。

Professor CHANG Ke deems that the pathogenic factor of infantile eczema is closely related to heart and lung organs,and the patients with deficiency of qi and blood are mostly caused by deficiency of heart and lung as well as dual deficiency of qi and blood.According to years of clinical experience,CHANG self-created Shuanghuang Tang(双黄汤),whose effects lie in supplementing qi and tonifying the lung,nourishing the blood to expel wind,and strengthening the body resistance to consolidate the constitution so as to eliminate dampness.Clinically,the children patients of eczema with deficiency of qi and blood type are treated with this prescription as the basis for syndrome differentiation and modification,which has obtained marked clinical effects and provided a new idea for the treatment of infantile eczema.One typical case is attached for verification.
