在城市停车难问题愈演愈烈的今天,传统平面停车场已无法满足城市发展需求。占地面积少、空间利用率高、库容率大的机械式立体停车库已成为缓解停车难问题最有效的手段之一。文中介绍了机械车库发展起源,重点分析了圆形垂直升降立体停车库国内外发展现状,从技术层面、驾驶员需求层面、市场接受度层面、政策层面分析目前圆形垂直升降立体车库在建设运营中存在的问题并对其原因进行探究。最后,针对圆形垂直升降立体停车的发展趋势进行定性分析并提出规划建设及运营管理建议。

Today,the difficulty of parking in cities is getting worse.Traditional ground parking lots are no longer able to meet the need of urban development.As a kind of equipment with small footprint,high space utilization rate and large storage capacity,mechanical high-rise parking garage has become one of the most effective means to alleviate the difficulty of parking.Based on the introduction of the origin of mechanical garage development,this paper focuses on the development status of circular vertical lifting high-rise parking garage at home and abroad,and analyzes the problems in the construction and operation of the garage and the reasons for this from the technical level,driver demand level,market acceptance level and policy level.Finally,qualitative analysis of the development trend of circular vertical lifting high-rise parking and suggesting planning construction and operation management.
