摘要
以装船机俯仰机构控制的硬件配基本要求和控制软件逻辑为出发点,对装船机俯仰机构自动控制功能系统的关键技术进行了详细分析和研究。依托实际项目的设计和开发,在PLC中实现全套软件控制功能的标准化模块编程,软件标准功能模块逻辑可靠,接口清晰,维护便捷。研究的相关技术在多个实际项目中得到深入的应用和反复验证,提高了设备的安全性和可靠性,设备人性化操作程度显著提高,取得了很好的实际使用效果和经济效益,具有较强的现实推广意义。
Based on the requirements of hardware facilities and control software, the key technologies of automatic control system for luffing mechanism of shiploader are analyzed and studied in detail. Relying on the design and development of the actual project, the standardized module programming of the full set of software control functions is realized in the PLC programmable controller. The software standard function module is logically reliable, the interface is clear, and the maintenance is convenient. The related technologies studied in this paper have been applied and verified in many practical projects, which have improved the safety and reliability of the equipment, improved the Humanized operation of the equipment, achieved a good practical effect and economic benefits, and has a strong practical promotion significance.
