摘要
研究散货卸料设备卸料系统的效率控制;通过卸料系统的各部件之间的相互配合实现效率的自动控制,针对码头物重种类繁杂的特点编制自适应物料的工作流程和控制程序,开发易操作的人机交互界面;降低码头的运营人力成本;提高设备的自动化、智能化、安全性。
This paper mainly studies the efficiency control of the unloading system of bulk unloading equipment. Through interaction between the various components of the discharge system, automatic cntrol of efficiency is achieved. By preparing adaptive material workflow and control procedures for the complex characteristics of dock weights, an easy-to-operate humancomputer interface is developed.Thereby, it reduces the operational labor cost of the terminal and improves the automation, intelligence and safety of the equipment.
