摘要 为了解决汽车手柄在注塑过程中存在的填充时间过长、熔接线过多和翘曲量过大等问题,提出了基于Moldflow的汽车手柄浇口位置优化设计方法,建立了汽车手柄三维模型。依据最佳浇口区域位置,设计了三种不同的浇口方案。利用Moldflow对汽车手柄注塑过程进行模拟,得到三种浇口位置对应的填充时间、流动前沿温度、锁模力、熔接线和翘曲等模拟数据。仿真实验结果表明,优化浇口位置可有效解决制件在注塑过程中出现的问题,为其他注塑制件的浇口位置的优化设计提供了思路。 In order to solve the problems of long filling time,too many welding lines and too much warping existing in the injection molding process of automobile handle,the optimization design method of gate position of automobile handle based on Moldflow is proposed,and the three-dimensional model of automobile handle is built.According to the optimal gate location,three different gate schemes are designed.The injection molding process of automobile handle is simulated by using Moldflow,and the evaluation indexes of filling time,flow front temperature,mould clamping force,welding line and warping corresponding to three kinds of gate positions are obtained.The simulation results show that the optimization of gate position can effectively solve the problems in the process of injection molding,and provide ideas for the optimization of gate position design of other injection molding parts.
