摘要
在高速切削中,刀具磨损降低了切削效率,也成了提高切削速度的瓶颈。针对高速切削中刀具的磨损问题,介绍了刀具减摩和抗磨的主要方法。从仿生织构对摩擦特性的影响和减摩机制方面介绍了仿生织构刀具研究的最新进展,分析了仿生织构刀具研究中存在的问题。介绍了仿生织构对发展新型刀具技术的重要意义及其应用前景。
In high-speed cutting,tool wear reduces cutting efficiency and it becomes the bottleneck in improving cutting speed.For the problem of tool wear in high-speed cutting,the main methods of tool friction reduction and anti-wear are introduced.The latest progress of the research on bionic texture tools is introduced from the aspects of the influence of bionic texture on friction characteristics and antifriction mechanism,and the problems existing in the research of bionic texture tools are analyzed.The significance of bionic texture to the development of new cutting tool technology and its application prospect are introduced.
