摘要
为了实现潜水服密封性检测的自动控制,分析了检测潜水服密封性的气压伺服系统的结构及工作过程。通过气压伺服系统的建模和分析得到了气压伺服系统的传递函数,对传递函数的极点配置进行了优化。与原系统相比,极点配置优化后的气压伺服系统具有更快的响应速度和更高的稳定性。
In order to realize the automatic control of the tightness detection of the diving suit,the structure and working process of the pneumatic servo system for detecting the tightness performance of the diving suit are analyzed.The transfer function of the pneumatic servo system is obtained through the modeling and analysis of the pneumatic servo system,and the pole assignment of the transfer function is optimized.Compared with the original system,the optimized pneumatic servo system with pole configuration has faster response speed and higher stability.
