基于中药分子机制的生物信息学在线分析归芪白术方辅助治疗胃癌的作用机制

Mechanism research of Guiqi Baizhu Fang(归芪白术方)in adjuvant treatment of gastric cancer based on bioinformatics online analysis tool for molecular mechanism of Chinese materia medica

目的利用中药分子机制的生物信息学在线分析工具(BATMAN-TCM)预测中药复方归芪白术方潜在的分子靶点,并基于京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)通路进行富集分析,探讨归芪白术方辅助治疗胃癌的作用机制。方法将归芪白术方中的7味药物按照君、臣、佐、使依次输入BATMAN-TCM,检索筛选归芪白术方活性成分及对应的潜在靶点。结果君、臣、佐、使共有10个目标基因;君、臣、佐、使配伍均富集的生物学通路共47条,其中有多条与胃癌相关的信号通路;君、臣、佐、使配伍均富集的疾病共49种,其中与胃癌相关的疾病有非特异性癌症、肿瘤、炎症、疼痛等。结论在归芪白术方中发现了多个与胃癌相关的作用靶点、KEGG通路及作用疾病,为临床治疗胃癌及今后进一步深入研究归芪白术方辅助治疗胃癌的作用机制提供了思路。

Objective To explore the mechanism of action of compound formula Guiqi Baizhu Fang(归芪白术方)in adjuvant treatment of gastric cancer by using bioinformatics online analysis tool BATMAN-TCM to predict the potential molecular target and based on the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Gnomes(KEGG)pathway to conduct enrichment analysis.Methods Seven flavors of herbs in Guiqi Baizhu Fang were successively input into BATMAN-TCM online analysis tool according to sovereign,minister,assistant and courier,active ingredients and corresponding potential targets of Guiqi Baizhu Fang were searched and screened.Results There were 10 target genes in sovereign,minister,assistant and courier;47 biological pathways were enriched in sovereign,minister,assistant and courier compatibility,including several signal pathways related to gastric cancer;49 diseases were enriched in sovereign,minister,assistant and courier compatibility,including non-specific cancer,tumor,inflammation and pain related to gastric cancer.Conclusion Multiple gastric cancer-related action targets,KEGG pathways,and targeted diseases are found in Guiqi Baizhu Fang,which provides ideas for clinical treatment of gastric cancer and further research on the action mechanism of Guiqi Baizhu Fang in adjuvant treatment of gastric cancer.
