The Construction of Labor Education System in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

“新时代”是国家发展新的历史方位,立足新时代背景来探讨新时代赋予劳动教育新的历史使命,论述高职教育赋予劳动教育更丰富的教育内涵,同时劳动教育也必须要协同契合新时代高职教育的发展。为了全面实现劳动教育的育人价值与育人目标,新时代高职院校需要从教育目标、实施过程、保障评价等方面系统构建劳动教育体系。

The"new era"is a new historical orientation of national development.Based on the background of the new era,this paper discusses the new historical mission of labor education endowed by the new era,and discusses that higher vocational education endows labor education with richer educational connotation.Meanwhile,labor education must coordinate with the development of higher vocational education in the new era.In order to realize the educational value and goal of labor education in an all-round way,higher vocational colleges in the new era need to systematically construct the labor education system from the aspects of educational goal,implementation process,security evaluation,etc.
