Effects of statins on diabetes mellitus and its research mechanism

目的:探讨他汀类药物对糖尿病的影响及研究机制.方法:2017年1月-2019年1月收治糖尿病患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例.研究组给予他汀类药物治疗;对比组给予常规临床治疗.比较两组临床疗效.结果:研究组血糖各项指标水平均优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:他汀类药物能快速发挥控制血糖的作用.

Objective:To explore the effects of statins on diabetes mellitus and its research mechanism.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2019,100 patients with diabetes were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The study group was given statins treatment,the contrast group was given routine clinical treatment.The clinical therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The various of indicator levels of blood glucose in the study group were better than in the contrast group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Statins can control blood sugar quickly.
