小剂量左甲状腺素治疗良性甲状腺结节的临床分析

Clinical analysis of low dose levothyroxine in the treatment of benign thyroid nodules

目的:分析小剂量左甲状腺素治疗良性甲状腺结节的临床效果.方法:2017年1月-2018年6月收治良性甲状腺结节患者78例,随机分为两组,各39例.对照组采用常规剂量左甲状腺素治疗;观察组采取小剂量左甲状腺素治疗.比较两组治疗效果.结果:观察组治疗后甲状腺各项指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:采用小剂量左甲状腺素治疗良性甲状腺结节可有效改善甲状腺各项指标水平.

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of low dose levothyroxine in the treatment of benign thyroid nodules.Methods:From January 2017 to June 2018,78 patients with benign thyroid nodules were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 39 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional dose of levothyroxine;the observation group was treated with low dose of levothyroxine.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the thyroid indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in total effective rate of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of benign thyroid nodules with low dose of levothyroxine can effectively improve the level of thyroid indicators.
