不同充填材料在老年人根面龋治疗中的应用效果比较

Comparison of application effects of different filling materials in the treatment of root caries in the elderly

目的:比较不同充填材料治疗老年人根面龋的效果.方法:2015年1月-2018年1月收治根面龋老年患者126例,随机分为两组,各63例.对照组选择光固化复合树脂填充;探究组选择玻璃离子填充.比较两组充填体留存率、继发龋及根尖周病变发生率.结果:探究组充填体留存率高于对照组,继发龋及根尖周病变发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:采用玻璃离子填充物治疗根面龋老年患者,在降低继发龋、根尖周病变概率的同时,提高充填物留存率,为患者生活质量提供保障.

Objective:To compare the effects of different filling materials in the treatment of root caries in the elderly.Methods:From January 2015 to January 2018,126 elderly patients with root caries were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 63 cases in each group.The control group was filled with light-cured composite resin;The research group was filled with glass ions.The filling retention rate,secondary caries and periapical lesions incidence of the two groups were compared.Results:The retention rate of filling in the research group was higher than in the control group,the incidence of secondary caries and periapical lesions were lower than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of root caries with glass ions fillers can reduce the incidence of secondary caries and periapical lesions,at the same time,it can improve the retention rate of filling materials and provide guarantee for the quality of life of patients.
