银杏内酯B对急性心肌梗死患者血运重建后心室壁运动的影响

Effect of ginkgolide B on ventricular wall movement after revascularization in patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的:研究银杏内酯B对急性心肌梗死患者血运重建后心室壁运动的影响.方法:2016年1月-2018年1月收治急性心肌梗死患者200例,随机分为两组,各100例.对比组采用常规西药治疗;研究组在常规西药基础上追加银杏内酯B治疗.比较两组治疗效果.结果:研究组治疗总有效率、正常心肌百分比、壁室运动计分指数及心功能评分均优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:采用银杏内脂B治疗急性心肌梗死,能有效改善患者血运重建后心室壁运动功能的恢复.

Objective:To research the effect of ginkgolide B on ventricular wall movement after revascularization in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:From January 2016 to January 2018,200 patients with acute myocardial infarction were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the research group was treated with ginkgolide B on the basis of conventional western medicine.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate,normal myocardial percentage,ventricular motion score index and cardiac function scores of the research group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of acute myocardial infarction with ginkgolide B can effectively improve the recovery of ventricular function after revascularization in patients.
