无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者的临床研究

The clinical study of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure

目的:分析无创呼吸机应用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者的临床效果.方法:2018年1月-2019年6月收治慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者50例,随机分为两组,各25例.对照组使用常规方法治疗;治疗组在常规治疗基础上应用无创呼吸机治疗.比较两组治疗效果.结果:治疗组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,血气指标水平优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:针对性采取无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭效果显著.

Objective:To explore the clinical study of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure.Methods:From January 2018 to June 2019,50 patients with COPD and respiratory failure were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 25 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional methods;the treatment group was treated with non-invasive ventilator on the basis of conventional treatment.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the level of blood gas index was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical study of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure is significant.
