美托洛尔联合非洛地平治疗社区高血压的有效性及安全性研究

Research on the efficacy and safety of metoprolol combined with felodipine in the treatment of community hypertension

目的:研究美托洛尔联合非洛地平治疗社区高血压的有效性及安全性.方法:2015年1月-2018年1月收治高血压患者402例,随机分为两组,各201例.对照组使用美托洛尔治疗;联合组使用美托洛尔联合非洛地平治疗.比较两组用药安全性及有效性.结果:联合组治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:采用美托洛尔联合非洛地平治疗社区高血压患者,能够提高治疗有效率和安全性.

Objective:To research the efficacy and safety of metoprolol combined with felodipine in the treatment of hypertension in the community.Methods:From January 2015 to January 2018,402 patients with hypertension were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 201 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol;The combination group was treated with metoprolol combined with felodipine.The safety and efficacy of medication between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the combination group was higher than the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Metoprolol combined with felodipine can improve the efficiency and safety of treatment for patients with hypertension in the community.
