肠内营养联合双套管在阑尾术后肠瘘的疗效分析

Analysis of curative effect of enteral nutrition combined with double catheterization cannula on intestinal fistula after appendectomy

目的:分析肠内营养联合双套管在阑尾术后肠瘘中的疗效.方法:2017年8月-2019年8月收治阑尾术后肠瘘患者42例,均予以肠内营养联合双套管持续冲洗负压引流法处理.结果:42例患者中,2例因肿瘤晚期全身器官衰竭放弃治疗,2例中途暂停治疗,其余38例均成功治疗,患者多在双套管持续冲洗负压吸引后的24~72 h停止发热,腹腔感染有所改善;引流后0.5~1个月,肠瘘痊愈拔管;出院后随访半年,患者恢复显著,无并发症出现.结论:阑尾术后肠瘘一旦出现,予以肠内营养联合双套管持续冲洗负压引流,能达到显著效果.

Objective:To analyze the effect of enteral nutrition combined with double catheterization cannula on intestinal fistula after appendectomy.Methods:From August 2017 to August 2019,42 patients with intestinal fistula after appendectomy were enrolled,all of them were treated with enteral nutrition combined with double catheterization cannula continuous flushing negative pressure drainage.Results:Of the 42 cases,2 cases were abandoned because of organ failure in the terminal stage of cancer,2 cases were suspended and the remaining 38 cases were successfully treated,most of the patients stopped fever in 24 to 72 hours after the double catheterization cannula continuous irrigation negative pressure and the abdominal infection was improved.0.5 to 1 month after drainage,the intestinal fistula was cured and extubated.Half a year's follow-up after discharge,the patients recovered significantly without complications.Conclusion:Once the intestinal fistula appears after appendectomy,it can achieve remarkable effect by continuous flushing negative pressure drainage with enteral nutrition combined with double catheterization cannula.
