温针灸结合经筋刺法在膝关节骨性关节炎治疗中的临床应用效果研究

Study on clinical application of warming acupuncture combined with meridian acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的:研究探索温针灸结合经筋刺法对于膝关节骨性关节炎患者的临床疗效.方法:2018年1-12月收治膝关节骨性关节炎患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例.常规对照组采用常规电针治疗及药物治疗;特别观察组进行温针灸结合经筋刺法治疗.比较两组临床疗效.结果:特别观察组疼痛指数和膝关节功能指数评分低于常规对照组,特别观察组患者治疗满意率优于常规对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:温针灸结合经筋刺法在膝关节骨性关节炎治疗中的临床应用效果显著.

Objective:To study the clinical effect of warm acupuncture combined with meridian acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:120 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected from January to December 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 60 cases in each group.The routine control group was treated with routine electroacupuncture and medicine.The special observation group was treated with warm acupuncture combined with meridian acupuncture.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of pain index and knee function index in the special observation group were lower than those in the conventional control group,the treatment satisfaction rate of the special observation group was better than that of the conventional control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of warm acupuncture combined with meridian acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is significant.
