摘要
目的:研究核酸检测技术(NAT)在酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)筛查无偿献血标本漏检人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)、乙肝病毒(HBV)和丙肝病毒(HCV)标本检测中的应用及血液安全性分析.方法:2017年6月-2019年5月收集2次ELISA法检测结果为阴性的无偿献血者标本44632例,对标本进行六混样混检,检出阳性孔后进行拆分,即进行核酸单管分项检测.结果:经核酸检测发现存在HIV阳性标本2例,HBV阳性样本39例,HCV阳性标本1例.结论:无偿献血血液筛查采用NAT能检测出血液标本安全性,显著提升临床血液质量,为临床输血治疗过程中安全用血提供更加安全的保障.
Objective:To study the application of nucleic acid detection technology in the detection of HIV,HBV and HCV in missed specimen by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(EIA)for unpaid blood samples and the analysis of blood safety.Methods:From June 2017 to May 2019,44632 samples of unpaid blood donors with negative results by double ELISA were collected,the samples were mixed for six mixing,after positive holes were detected,they were disassembled,then the nucleic acid was detected by single tube.Results:Through nucleic acid test,there were 2 HIV positive samples,39 HBV positive samples and 1 HCV positive sample.Conclusion:In the blood screening of free blood donation,nucleic acid detection technology can detect the safety of blood samples,significantly improve the clinical blood quality,and provide a more secure guarantee for the safe use of blood in the clinical blood transfusion treatment process.
