个体化延续护理模式在高血压患者护理中的应用分析

The application analysis of individualized continuing nursing model in the nursing of hypertension patients

目的:分析个体化延续护理模式在高血压患者护理中的应用效果.方法:2017年11月-2018年11月收治高血压患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例.对照组给予常规护理;观察组在常规护理基础上实行个体化延续护理.比较两组患者高血压控制率及护理满意度.结果:观察组患者高血压控制率及护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:个体化延续护理模式在高血压患者护理中的应用效果显著.

Objective:To analyze the application effect of individualized continuing nursing model in the nursing of hypertension patients.Methods:From November 2017 to November 2018,60 patients with hypertension were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group carried out individualized continuing nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The hypertension control rate and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results:The hypertension control rate and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized continuing nursing model is effective in the nursing of hypertension patients.
