摘要
目的:探讨整体护理对产科护理质量及母婴健康的影响.方法:2017年6月-2018年7月收治孕产妇80例,分为两组,各40例.对照组给予临床常规护理;研究组在常规护理的基础上施以整体护理干预.比较两组护理质量、效果及母婴健康状况.结果:研究组疼痛评分、分娩出血量及产后抑郁评分低于对照组,护理满意度优于对照组,新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:整体护理在产科护理中的应用效果显著,有助于改善护理质量.
Objective:To explore the effect of holistic nursing on obstetric nursing quality and the health of maternal and infant.Methods:80 pregnant women were selected from June 2017 to July 2018,they were divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine clinical nursing.The study group was given holistic nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.We compared the quality of care,effects and maternal and child health status between the two groups.Results:The pain score,delivery bleeding,and postpartum depression score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was better than that of the control group,the Apgar score of newborn was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of holistic nursing in obstetric nursing is significant,which helps to improve the quality of care.
