摘要
目的:探讨护理干预在小儿秋季腹泻治疗中的作用与效果.方法:2017年5月-2018年6月收治小儿秋季腹泻患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例.对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采取综合护理干预.比较两组护理效果.结果:观察组临床症状改善时间及护理总有效率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对小儿秋季腹泻患者采用护理干预,可明显改善患者临床症状持续时间,提高护理效果.
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention in the treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea.Methods:From May 2017 to June 2018,100 children with autumn diarrhea were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 50 children in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical symptom improvement time and total nursing efficiency rate of the observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention in children with autumn diarrhea can obviously improve the duration of clinical symptoms and the nursing effect.
