老年髋关节置换术压疮高风险者手术过程急性压力性损伤护理干预对策及效果

Nursing intervention strategy and effect of acute pressure injury during operation for elderly patients with high risk of pressure sore in hip replacement

目的:分析老年髋关节置换术(HR)压疮高风险者手术过程中急性压力性损伤的护理干预对策及效果.方法:2017年3月-2019年3月收治老年HR患者78例,分为两组,各39例.A组给予急性压力性损伤预见性护理;B组给予常规护理.对比两组护理效果.结果:A组急性压力性损伤发生率低于B组,护理满意度高于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:老年HR压疮高风险患者行急性压力性损伤预见性护理可降低损伤发生率,提高护理满意度.

Objective:To explore the nursing intervention strategy and effect of acute pressure injury during operation for elderly patients with high risk of pressure sore in hip replacement.Methods:From March 2017 to March 2019,78 elderly HR patients were selected and divided into two groups of 39 cases in each group.Group A was given predictive nursing care of acute stress injury;group B was given routine nursing care.We compared the two groups of nursing effect.Results:In group A,the incidence of acute stress injury was lower than that in group B,and nursing satisfaction was higher than that in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Predictive nursing of acute stress injury in elderly HR patients with high risk of pressure ulcer can reduce the incidence of injury and improve nursing satisfaction.
