保健方法与临床保健指导对小儿营养不良的效果及满意度影响观察

The effect of health care methods and clinical health care guidance on children's malnutrition and satisfaction

目的:观察保健方法与临床保健指导对小儿营养不良的效果以及家属满意度.方法:2018年1月-2019年1月收治营养不良患儿80例,随机分为两组,各40例.对照组给予常规治疗;观察组在常规治疗基础上给予保健方法和保健指导.对比两组患儿治疗时间、并发症发生率以及家属满意度.结果:观察组患儿治疗时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,患儿家属满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对营养不良儿童开展保健方法和临床保健指导有助于改善患儿病情,提高患儿家属满意度.

Objective:To explore the effect of health care methods and clinical health care guidance on children's malnutrition and satisfaction.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,80 children with malnutrition were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 40 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional treatment;the observation group was treated with health care methods and health guidance on the basis of conventional treatment.We compared the treatment time,complication rate and family satisfaction of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the treatment time of the children was shorter than that of the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the satisfaction of the family members of the children was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carrying out health care methods and clinical health care guidance for malnourished children is helpful to improve their condition and family satisfaction.
