摘要
将窄带隙的Ti2O3负载在由生长碳纳米线阵列的碳毡制成的多级碳基底上制得新型光热转换材料(Ti2O3@CA/CF),考虑了亲水性、电解沉积电位、Ti2O3负载量等因素,为材料的制备提出了最佳的方法。然后用扫描电子显微镜、紫外可见光谱和电化学活性比表面积对样品的物化性质进行了表征,并对制得的Ti2O3碳基底材料的光热性能进行了实验测试。结果表明,Ti2O3@CA/CF具有高达71.9%的光热转换效率以及较高的蒸发率和对各种水体和光强的适应性。
Narrow band-gap titanium sesquioxide is attached on hierarchical carbon substrate fabricated by carbon felt with carbon nano-wires array(Ti2O3@CA/CF).Factors as hydrophilicity,electrolytic deposition potential,and load amount of Ti2O3 and so on are considered in order to provide the optimal preparation method of the material.Subsequently,we characterize the sample’s properties by scanning electron microscope(SEM),ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy(UV-vis)and electrochemically active specific surface area(ECSA).The photo-thermal properties of Ti2O3@CA/CF are tested experimentally.The results indicate that Ti2O3@CA/CF possesses high photo-thermal conversion efficiency of 71.9%,high evaporation rate as well as adaptability to various water bodies and light intensity.
