Clinical Value of PICCO in Hemodynamic Monitoring in Patients with Refractory Heart Failure

目的研究PICCO在顽固性心力衰竭患者血流动力学监测中的临床价值。方法选择于我院接受治疗的顽固性心力衰竭患者作为本次研究病人或研究对象,根据其入院顺序对其进行分组,将90例顽固性心力衰竭患者进行分组,主要包括两组,其中观察组在PICCO监测下治疗;对照组在中心静脉压监测下治疗,将两组各项治疗指标、再次住院率进行对比。结果观察组45例患者和对照组45例顽固性心力衰竭患者各项治疗指标相比较,前者更具有优势(P<0.05)。观察组45例患者和对照组45例顽固性心力衰竭患者再次住院率相比较,前者更低(P<0.05)。结论PICCO在顽固性心力衰竭患者血流动力学监测中具有较高应用价值,能够为后期治疗提供有利依据,提高临床治疗效果,值得研究和推广。

Objective To study the clinical value of PICCO in hemodynamic monitoring of patients with refractory heart failure.Methods The patients with refractory heart failure who were treated in a hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the order of admission,90 patients with refractory heart failure were divided into two groups,including observation group,treatment under PICCO monitoring,control group and central venous pressure.The hemodynamic indexes,treatment indexes and re-hospitalization rate of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had more advantages(P<0.05).The re-hospitalization rate in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PICCO has high application value in hemodynamic monitoring of patients with refractory heart failure.It can provide favorable basis for later treatment and improve the clinical therapeutic effect.It is worth studying and popularizing.
