摘要
目的研究“四化管理”护理模式对手足口病患儿康复进程及生活质量影响。方法研究对象选取我院2017年5月-2019年5月间收治的手足口病患儿80例,根据回顾性分析,按照将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组患儿接受常规护理,观察组患儿接受“四化管理”护理模式干预。比较两组患儿的康复进程,同时比较对并发症以及患儿生活质量的影响。结果观察组患儿的康复进程时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.01);护理后,观察组患儿的生理功能、情感功能、社会功能、角色(学校表现)功能等生活质量指标评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿并发症发生情况比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论“四化管理”护理模式干预在手足口病患儿恢复期的作用显著,可明显促进患儿的康复,加快进程,改善生活质量。
Objective To study the rehabilitation process and complications of children with foot and mouth disease in the“four management”nursing model.Methods The study selected 100 children with hand,foot and mouth disease admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019,According to the retrospective analysis,according to the classification into the control group and the observation group,each group of 50 cases.The children in the control group received routine nursing care,and the children in the observation group received the“four management”nursing mode intervention.The rehabilitation process between the two groups and compare the impact on the complications and quality of life of the children were compares.Results The recovery time of the children in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.01);After nursing,the scores of physiological function,emotional function,social function,role(school performance)function and other quality of life indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion"Four management"nursing mode intervention has a significant effect on the recovery period of children with hand,foot and mouth disease.It can significantly promote the rehabilitation of children,improve the process,improve the quality of life.
