摘要
目的:探讨多层螺旋CT及三维重建成像在胫骨平台骨折诊断及分型中的应用价值。方法:取胫骨平台骨折患者140例,分别采取数字X线摄片检查、多层螺旋CT及三维重建成像。比较患者骨折诊断、分型准确率。结果:和A组相比,B组胫骨平台骨折诊断准确率、各分型诊断准确率均高于前者,数据比较有意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对胫骨平台骨折患者,多层螺旋CT及三维重建成像联合检查方式,具有骨折诊断和分型准确率高的优势,可推广。
Objective To explore the value of multi-slice spiral CT and three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis and typing of tibial plateau fractures.Methods A total of 140 patients with tibial plateau fractures were taken for digital X-ray examination,multi-slice spiral CT and 3d reconstruction imaging.The accuracy of fracture diagnosis and classification was compared.Results Compared with group A,the diagnostic accuracy and typing accuracy of tibial plateau fractures in group B were higher than those in group A,and the data were more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For tibial plateau fracture patients,multi-slice spiral CT and three-dimensional reconstruction imaging combined examination has the advantage of high accuracy in fracture diagnosis and typing,which can be extended.
