螺旋CT和1.5TMRI诊断小肝癌的准确性对比

Comparison of the accuracy of spiral CT and 1.5 T MRI in the diagnosis of small liver cancer

目的:对比分析螺旋CT和1.5TMRI诊断小肝癌的准确性。方法:选取2016年1月至2019年1月我院收治的40例小肝癌患者作为研究对象,40例患者分别实施螺旋CT、1.5TMRI检查,以病理学诊断结果为金标准,对比两种检测方式检查结果的准确性。结果:病理学诊断检查出40例患者中有53个小肝癌病灶,其中微小肝癌(≤1cm)12个,小肝癌41个。经1.5TMRI检测出47个小肝癌病灶,其中微小肝癌(≤1cm)10个,小肝癌37个。螺旋CT检测出51个小肝癌病灶,其中微小肝癌(≤1cm)11个,小肝癌40个。1.5TMRI诊断的准确率为88.68%(47/53),螺旋CT诊断准确率为96.23%(51/53)。结论:螺旋CT较1.5TMRI诊断小肝癌的应用中,螺旋CT诊断检出率和诊断准确率均高于1.5TMRI,操作简便,值得临床推广。

Objective To compare the accuracy of spiral CT and 1.5 tmri in the diagnosis of small liver cancer.Methods From January 2016 to January 2019,40 patients with small liver cancer in our hospital were selected as the research objects.40 patients were examined with spiral CT and 1.5 tmri respectively.The accuracy of the two methods was compared with the pathological diagnosis results as the gold standard.Results Pathological diagnosis showed that there were 53 small liver cancer lesions in 40 patients,including 12 small liver cancer(≤1cm)and 41 small liver cancer.47 small liver cancer lesions were detected by 1.5 tmri,including 10 small liver cancer(≤1cm)and 37 small liver cancer.51 small liver cancer lesions were detected by spiral CT,including 11 small liver cancer(≤1cm)and 40 small liver cancer.The accuracy of 1.5 tmri was 88.68%(47/53),and that of spiral CT was 96.23%(51/53).Conclusion In the application of spiral CT in the diagnosis of small liver cancer compared with 1.5 tmri,the detection rate and accuracy rate of spiral CT are higher than 1.5 tmri.
