含卤纺织化学品与AOX(二)

Halogenated Textile Chemicals and AOX(Ⅱ)

介绍了AOX(可吸附有机自化物)的定义、危害性,并列举出众多AOX的纺织化学品,特别是PFCs物质,本文重点是含氟活性染料。因为学界普遍认为AOX中的卤化物不包括氟,其根据是ISO 11480—1997国际标准检测方法的定量分析是沉淀平衡所用限量法滴定,得到的氟化银的溶解度大于其他3个尚化银达几何级数,因此无火sp,由此得出上述结论。而GB 4287—2012等4个国家标准指定用离子色谱测定AOX,经IT S第三方检测机械测出F,回收率达60%以上,重演性良好,于是氟不属于AOX的卤化物成为历史。先前的ISO测定AOX标准方法也作废。

The concept and pemiciousness of AOX were introduced and the AOX textile chemicals were listed in this paper,especially the PFCs and fluororeactive dyes.Based on the ISO 11480-1997,it is widely believed that the halogenide in AOX does not contain fluorine,because the solubility of silver fluoride is greater than that of the other three silver halides and there is no Ksp.However,the ion chromatography is used to determine the AXO,which is involved in four national standards.According to ITS,a third party detection agency,F was detected,and the recovery rate was more than 60%,meanwhile the reproducibility was good.The results showed that it was disconfirmed that the fluorine is not a halide of AOX.
