现如今,我国经济飞速发展,促使煤炭供求关系发生了较大的改变,煤炭价格的持续上涨,导致有的煤炭企业为获得更多的利益而一味的扩大生产,不注重煤矿生产安全管理,进而引发诸多的煤矿安全事故。"一通三防"在煤矿安全生产管理中具有非常重要的作用,这一工作主要目的在于煤矿生产过程中的矿井通风、防治瓦斯、防治煤尘、防火灭火,煤矿企业在一通三防工作中必须对危险源进行全面分析,并提出对应的预控措施。

Nowadays,the rapid development of our country’s economy has greatly changed the relationship between coal supply and demand.With the continuous rise of coal price,some coal enterprises expand production blindly to obtain more benefits and do not pay attention to the safety management of coal production,which leads to many coal mine safety accidents."One ventilation and three preventions" plays a very important role in coal mine safety production management.The main purpose of this work is to ventilate,prevent gas,prevent coal dust and put out fire in the coal mine production process.In the work of one ventilation and three preventions,coal mine enterprises must analyze the hazard sources comprehensively and put forward corresponding pre-control measures.
