在煤矿企业中,选煤机电设备不可或缺,是保证煤矿质量和企业发展的基础。在选煤技术不断进步、机电设备应用越来越广泛的情况下,针对机电设备的维修管理工作越来越受重视。本文先介绍了几种常见选煤机电设备的特点,然后从日常维护和定期维修两个方面分析选煤机电设备的维修管理工作要点,再从工艺改进、自主技术研发、质量监督机制构建等方面分析选煤机电设备的质量控制方法,希望能通过两方面努力,提升选煤机电设备运行效率和质量,提高企业效益。

Coal preparation electromechanical equipment is indispensable in coal mining enterprises and is the basis for ensuring coal mine quality and enterprise development.With the continuous progress of coal preparation technology and the wider application of electromechanical equipment,more and more attention has been paid to the maintenance and management of electromechanical equipment.This paper first introduces the characteristics of several common coal preparation electromechanical equipment,and then analyzes the main points of maintenance management of coal preparation electromechanical equipment from two aspects of daily maintenance and regular maintenance.Finally,it analyzes the quality control methods of coal preparation mechanical and electrical equipment from the aspects of process improvement,independent technology research and development,quality supervision mechanism construction,etc.,hoping to improve the operation efficiency and quality of coal preparation electromechanical equipment through two aspects of efforts,and improve enterprise benefits.
