Dispatching management plays an important role in coal enterprises and plays a role in coordinating the work of various departments and links in the process of coal mine production and operation.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the dispatching management and improve the management level in coal mine production and operation.This paper studies the development of dispatching management in coal mine production and operation.The article first introduces the characteristics of scheduling management,the basic principles of work development,system setup and functions,then expounds the role and shortcomings of scheduling management,and puts forward some solutions,hoping to provide reference for enterprises to strengthen scheduling management.
