摘要 煤矿综采工作面管理工作开展过程中的一个重点环节就是综采工作面设备的回撤,其中较为复杂的回撤方式主要就是液压支架,因在液压支架设施进行设置过程中其一侧区域基本是空的,而支架上方的顶板已经因采动受到了一定影响,而面对如此的情况,综采工作面安全高效回撤装备的关键技术研究是尤为重要的,只有在对安全高效回撤装备关键技术进行深入研究的基础上才能确保其应用的科学合理性,促使综采工作面的安全快速回撤得以良好实现,确保煤矿开采现况以及面临的相应问题得到根本上的改善、并促使煤矿开采的效率和质量得以不断提升,为煤矿开采高产高效的实现奠定坚实的基础。鉴于此,本文根据某煤矿实际情况,对关键技术进行了充分的研究,进而基于实践应用的基础上,强化了相关人员对回撤装备关键技术和熟练应用的掌握程度。 One of the key links in the management of fully mechanized coal mining face is the equipment withdrawal,of which a complicated withdrawal mode is mainly hydraulic support.Because one side of the hydraulic support facility is basically empty during the setting process,and the roof above the support has been affected to some extent by mining,and in the face of such a situation,it is particularly important to study the key technologies of safe and efficient withdrawal equipment at the fully mechanized working face.Only on the basis of in-depth research on the key technologies of safe and efficient withdrawal equipment can the scientific rationality of its application be ensured,and the safe and rapid withdrawal of the fully mechanized working face can be well realized,can the current situation of coal mining and the corresponding problems faced be fundamentally improved,and the efficiency and quality of coal mining be continuously improved,thus laying a solid foundation for the realization of high yield and high efficiency of coal mining.In view of this,according to the actual situation of a coal mine,this paper has made a full study of the key technologies,and has further strengthened the relevant personnel’s mastery of the key technologies and skilled application of the withdrawal equipment based on the practical application.
