通过分析地方高校实验室化学废弃物管理和处置中存在的问题,提出健全实验室安全管理制度;保障废弃物科学分类;控制实验室危险废物的源头和原点处理;强化安全培训以及利用信息化平台强化管理等措施,为高校实验室化学废弃物科学规范管理提供建议。

Through the analysis of the problems existing in the management and disposal of laboratory waste in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward some measures to strengthen the safety management of university laboratory waste form the aspects of establishing a sound safety management system,standardizing the classification methods,controling theinitial purchase,strengthening the professional training and constructing the laboratory information management network platform,so as to provide suggestions for laboratory safety management.
