摘要
光学活性的(R)-3-氨基丁醇是许多手性药物的关键中间体,在合成抗癌药、抗生素及抗艾滋病药物度鲁特韦等领域有广泛应用。文章从化学合成法和生物酶催化法两方面对(R)-3-氨基丁醇的最新合成技术进行了综述,重点介绍了生物酶催化法。文章评述了不同工艺的优缺点,并展望了未来的研究方向。
Optical activity (R)-3-aminobutanol is the key intermediate of some chiral drugs,such as the anticancer drugs,penicillium alkene antibiotic element and anti-aids drugs,it can be widely used.In this paper,the synthesis of (R)-3-aminobutanol was summarized based on the chemical synthesis and enzyme catalytic synthesis,the enzyme catalytic synthesis was introduced in detail.The advantages and disadvantages of both processes were reviewed and the research prospects were also discussed.
